I’m Dr. Clare and I am a family physician practicing in Canada.

I created this site to provide education on common medical topics.

Just to introduce myself, I was born in Seoul, South Korea but I grew up in Canada and this is where I completed all of my studies. My Doctor of Medicine degree was obtained at the University of Toronto and I completed my family medicine residency training at McGill University. I then received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at CBT Canada. I am currently providing primary care as a family physician and I also provide CBT treatment.

I plan to focus on uploading both educational content on mental health in addition to other medical topics, so please bookmark this site if you are interested in these topics.
